There are many ways to get involved:

Want to get involved or stay current on key updates? We will update supporters 1-2x a month.

Fill out our Google Form and we will add you to our email list.

Volunteer Your Time:

Volunteers are the backbone of our group. Elworthy Field has always relied on volunteers with a strong sense of civic pride. We are creating many ways for volunteers to improve the park.

Examples of volunteer opportunities include:

1. Joining a spring clean-up work day to improve the park’s appearance/amenities.
2. Conducting a visual inspection of the park to find and report issues to the City of GP.
3. Researching Grosse Pointe history to create content for marketing and educational purposes (we plan to install an outdoor sign at Elworthy that celebrates its history).
4. Attending a City Council, School Board, or committee meeting to advocate for Elworthy.
5. Connecting or introducing Organizers with a friend or acquaintance that could help improve Elworthy Field.

Donate Money Online (Coming Soon!):

We are building an online webpage for the Phase 2 project (building a community building with public restrooms and building additional platform tennis/pickleball courts) that will allow us to accept donations online through a partner foundation. Online donations are tax deductible.

Donating online is a convenient way to quickly support the cause. There are small fees with this online option, so large donations ($10,000 or more) are best done through paper check.

Donate Money via Mailed Check (Coming Soon!):

We are finalizing a partnership with a local foundation that will allow us to accept traditional, tax deductible paper check donations. More information is coming soon.
