Your donations can help us transform Elworthy Field into one of Michigan’s premier public parks for youth athletics. Our core focus is on creating amenities such as bathrooms, water fountains, and multi-purpose courts. Our entire community can enjoy these improvements. Previous fundraising efforts have been successful in targeting improvements to individual sports or specific areas of Elworthy Field (such as renovating the baseball complex), but have been unsuccessful in funding significant, park-wide enhancements relevant to all stakeholders, like the construction of a Community Building with public restrooms. We believe that our collaborative, grassroots approach can raise major funds by building connections among Elworthy’s many current stakeholders. Elworthy’s strength is greater than the sum of its parts. Elworthy Field has already been a public park for 100 years, and now is the time to set it on a path for the next 100 years!

Donate Money Online (Coming Soon!)

We are building an online webpage for the Phase 2 project (building a community building with public restrooms and building additional platform tennis/pickleball courts) that will allow us to accept donations online through a partner foundation. Online donations are tax-deductible. Donating online is a convenient way to support the cause quickly and easily. There are small fees with this online option, so large donations ($10,000 or more) are best done through a paper check.

We are finalizing a partnership with a local foundation that will allow us to accept traditional, tax-deductible paper check donations. More information is coming soon.
